Would You buy this House?

Well Neither would I!

Allowing a home to get to this state does no one any good. It wouldn’t likely be sold; it lowers the value of other homes around it, and invites unwelcome residents into the neighborhood (On both 4 feet and 2!) My question to you is: Who should be held responsible for homes left to decay and how should they be maintained?

Do you trust The BBB?

I’ve rejoined the Better Business Bureau and still have my A+ rating.  My question to you is does a company belonging to the BBB with a A+ rating mean anything to you?  Please let me know!

EPA1I’ve been bad! Not posting for almost a YEAR!
I’m so far behind, I’m just now committing to a New Year’s Resolution!
Here goes it: Be a better bloger, and get more work.
But enough of this.

Does anyone out there know anything about the new EPA Lead Laws?
Does anyone Care?
If Not and Don’t, then Think again!
We’re talking Big $ finds and time in the slammer!!
I’m certified as of Monday, and it looks like we’re in for a real pain in the butt with this.
As I see it, this is just the tip of a big iceberg.
And No It’s Not Just You Have to Hand Out Pamphlets!
Send me comments on what you think. I have a link to the EPA web site for your viewing pleasure.

Entry for March 09, 2009
New Fax/Office Phone Number (631)320-9409

I ran down to Radio Shack and Picked up one of them Magic Jack module. It took a little work with some internet tec. to set up, but I seem to be up and running. The sound is good, I can fax out well, But my fax machine isn’t working well. I had problems before, I think it maybe a problem with low black ink. I’ve been using this “Low Ink” cartridge for months now and it’s still printing (go figure). So far, the biggest draw back is; I must enter the area code to make a out going call, But hay, for 20 bucks a year I think I can learn to live with it!
